Arizona Industrial, Sport & Spine, Inc. is a Licensed Physical Therapist owned and operated company. We provide physical therapy services for all orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and sports related injuries with emphasis on spine (neck and back) involved rehabilitation and we are able to intervene at any stage of the rehabilitation process.<\/p>\n

We are an exercise and manual therapy based facility and equipped with state of the art rehabilitation and modality equipment and offer individually developed rehabilitation programs addressing each individual\u2019s specific needs in consideration of any other health related issues. We will also address modifications to your current general exercise program, sporting activities, or other physical activities.<\/p>\n

Arizona Industrial, Sport & Spine, Inc. is owned and operated by Allen T. Adams, P.T. He is the only Physical Therapist on staff and the only therapist you will see at each appointment providing consistency of care.<\/p>\n

We are Medicare certified and comply with all State and Federal rules and regulations regarding the practice of Physical Therapy, comply with all privacy regulations, and adhere to all ethical standards.<\/p>\n

We are preferred provider for most major insurance PPO and HMO plans, accept most worker\u2019s compensation claims, and will verify your specific insurance benefits and notify you in writing prior to initiating treatment.<\/p>\n
